Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the www.purelewaxing.com website (the "Service") operated by Purele waxing salon ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Disclaimer Terms and Policy.

 

Cancelation or rescheduling within 24hrs will be charged 20% of service cost. Missed appts, no-shows will be charged 50% of service cost.

*With any treatment certain risks are involved and that any complications or side effects from known or unknown causes could occur. I freely assume these risks. Some possible side effects include redness, swelling and pimples, but these are temporary and generally fade within 72 hours. 
*You agree to adhere to all safety post care including: no peels, tanning or wet room services; no swimming/spas/hot tubs for 72 hours after any service and all home skin care protocols as recommended by my service provider. 
* Tardiness may result in an inability to have my service provided.
*Given the intimacy of our services, Friends or family are not allowed in the treatment rooms. 
* In the event that I may have additional questions or concerns regarding my treatment or suggested home product / post-treatment care, I will contact Purele Waxing Salon staff as soon as possible (no later then 48hrs).
*You agree that this constitutes full disclosure, and that it supersedes any previous verbal or written disclosures.You certify that I have read, and fully understand, the above paragraphs and precautions and thatyou have had sufficient opportunity for discussion to have any questions answered. Youunderstand the procedures and accept the risks, you do not hold the technicians of Purele Waxing Salon corp responsible for any of my conditions that were present, but not disclosed before my procedures.
*Getting service done from Purele waxing salon you give permission to your technician to perform any procedure we have discussed and will hold Purele waxing salon corp and its staff HARMLESS from any liability that may result from this treatment including medical bills or attorney fees. Incase of emergency reactions or allergies I will consult with a medical provider.

 

The satisfaction of our clients is our main priority. We offer prompt-solutions to any problems or concerns that may occur. Unopened products can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days. We do not offer refund on service's performed If you have any concerns or are feeling dissatisfied with anything pertaining to your service provided, please contact your technician as soon as possible to resolve the issue, we will try to correct the issue within 3 days of your service. For better analysis of your issue we require you to come to the salon so the technician can help you. Failure to come in to the salon within the 3 days will hold Purele salon not responsible for the issue. 

Changes

  • We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

  • By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit waxcenter.com. 

Personal information we collect 
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site.
